Building & Driveway Permits
Building Permits
You must obtain a building permit for any building.
Please complete and submit the Building Notification Application.
You must also check with Eau Claire County to see what permits you may need from them prior to building.
Building Permits can be obtained from any board member.
Building Notifications - $25.00
Driveway Permits
ALL Driveway Permits, including Town and County Roads, must be obtained through the Eau Claire County Highway Department. They can be reached at 715-839-2952.
Culverts
The Town will provide a culvert for a new home. All other culverts must be purchased by the landowner and road workers will install it for you.
You must purchase sand and gravel from private companies.
